Who We Are
Whether analyzing a pool of over 1 million loans or evaluating a single property, our management team has been on the leading edge of collateral valuation for more than 25 years. The reason: Many of the top lenders, servicers and government agencies rely on us to provide local data analytics that are crucial to sound lending and default valuation decisions.
With numerous offices in the U.S., our mission is to provide the real estate, lending and financial industries with current and predictive collateral information products and services that go beyond traditional valuation methodologies.
What is Collateral Intelligence
We provide innovative residential real estate analytics and valuations to the mortgage industry. The key to our approach is to provide our clients with hard-to-get, micro-level data and analytics that tell them where local markets are headed – not just where they have been.
With our industry-unique local market AVMs, for example, we can produce property-specific, neighborhood- level real estate valuations and analytics that go beyond the traditional public-records based AVMs.
In rapidly changing real estate markets, relying on six-month-old data can lead to substantial valuation error. Our automated, desktop and field products are based on information that happened this week. We also provide our clients with leading market indicators such as months of inventory remaining, sold-to-list price ratios, foreclosure activity and other critical predictive data analytics.
